 EXHIBITOR GUIDE AND SIGN UP FORM 

Here you can read about the different options you have as an exhibitor at Myvendo Fair.

At the bottom of the page you will find a registration form where you can register for the activities that suit you.

Once we have received your registrations, we will send a confirmation containing deadlines for submission of material.

We would also recommend that you follow Myvendo Fair on Facebook and LinkedIn, where we regularly post information and news.

NEWS - CATALOG BAR AT THE ENTRANCE

 

We would like to inform you about an exciting opportunity to get even more out of your participation in Myvendo Fair. We have set up a catalog bar at the North entrance, by the reception, where you can place your sales catalogs for visitors to pick up completely free of charge.

 

As an extra bonus, visitors can also take a free fabric bag, making it easy for them to carry the catalogs they have collected at the catalog bar.

 

We encourage you to take advantage of this unique opportunity to promote your products and services. Remember to sign up for this free activity.

 

You will need to bring your catalogs and place them at your spot at the entrance.

UNDER THE CHRISTMAS TREE - A NEW TRENDZONE - FOR FREE


UNDER THE CHRISTMAS TREE - A trend zone at Myvendo Fair, where the exhibitors who delivers Christmas gifts, can show their best Christmas gift idea, or Christmas gift news.


Many end customers only think of Christmas on the other side of the summer holidays, so now you can give the distributors new inspiration and new ideas, for their Christmas sales, gift shops on the web or for their in-house Christmas fairs.


It is free to participate in UNDER THE CHRISTMAS TREE, and in a large Christmas-decorated area you get a podium of 55x55cm.

You must send us a description of your product / products which we will print on a sign at your podium. You must bring your products and place them on the podium when you arrive at the fair.

Of course, you can contact us at the fair if you have questions or need help.

SHOW YOUR PRODUCTS AT THE SHOWPOINT - IT´S FREE

SHOWPOINT - is the large exhibition news area, here you can display your products completely free of charge. You have a podium approx. 40 x 120 cm and our decorators decorate with your products, so all you have to do is sign up and deliver your products. It is free to participate in SHOWPOINT, and if you have special wishes or need more space, you can note it in the contact form.


A lot of planning is required, and therefore you must register if you want to have products with you at SHOWPOINT. You must also send us your products so that we can coordinate the exhibition.


Please register in the form at the bottom of the page and we will send you information.


You must also send your products to us in advance, in order to coordinate the exhibition.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCTS: February 12, 2024

NOTE. If you have food products with a short shelf life, you can send pictures of your products no later than 12 February and bring your products to the fair no later than Tuesday March 5, 2024 at 14.00.


You must pick up your exhibited products on March 7, at 16:30

TAKE AWAY SAMPLES - GOODIE BAGS FOR THE DISTRIBUTORS


TAKE AWAY SAMPLES - An exciting area where you can have a basket for handing out free samples. Free of charge.

Your basket will be marked with your name and stand number, and our staff will make sure that all baskets are filled during the entire fair. It is free to participate in TAKE AWAY SAMPLES, just sign up in the form on this page.

You must deliver your TAKE AWAY SAMPLEs yourself, and you must bring them to the fair on the build-up day.

We recommend that you bring about 300 pieces.

Please deliver your TAKE AWAY SAMPLEs with name and stand number at the reception on March 5, before 14:00. We will take over from here, and we even provide free bags for the visitors to transport their samples back home.

LEAD SCANNING APP - EXHIBITOR PORTAL


Lead scanning app - one lead scan app is included free of charge when you book a stand at Myvendo Fair. You can scan the visitors' badge with your smart phone, and all data is collected. You have many options to customize the app to your needs, and we will send instructions so you can get started.

Additional users can be purchased.


BY USING THE LEAD SCAN APP, YOU WILL BENEFIT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:


  • Significant time savings by digitizing hard-copy data with just a few clicks.
  • Systematic and uniform data that can be easily imported directly into your CRM system.
  • The ability to provide materials such as PDF catalogs and price lists on the spot.
  • The option to record additional information about your visitors.


The app is provided by Eventbuizz, and support is available through Odense Congress Center.


Please note that Myvendo Fair does not send a visitor list after the fair.

FREE PROFILE PAGE ON MYVENDOFAIR.dk


In the exhibitor list, we show your logo and stand number, and we link to your own profile page.

You have a free profile page on myvendofair.dk where you can show 5 pictures of products, employees, your domicile, or your showroom. Show some pictures that interest the visitors and write and a short description of your company and products.


The page contains:

Company name and address - Logo - Company description - Photo gallery with up to 5 photos - Phone number - Contact email - Link to your own website.


Once you have signed up, we will send you a form to fill out and return, and then we will create your profile page. We also use your profile page for marketing in newsletters, on LinkedIn and Facebook. That is why it is important that you send info and pictures to us.

In November 2023, we will publish the list of exhibitors, and it will be continuously updated with new exhibitors.

GET PROMOTED ON FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, AND LINKEDIN

 

We are promoting Myvendo Fair on social media, and we'd like to tell the world about you and your company. It's free to participate.

Distributors are at the fair to see your products and get to know you and your company.

You'll have your own post on Myvendo Fair's Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages, and please share/like theese posts to spread the word about your business. Therefore, we recommend that you follow the Myvendo Fair pages on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.


You don't necessarily need to showcase a product. In fact, it's even better if you show the employees attending the fair, yourself, your premises, or your showroom. You surely have some great ideas. Share an image that interests the visitors, and write a short description, no more than 75 words or around 400 characters.

CHOOSE A CARPET COLOR FOR YOUR STAND


You can choose the carpet color for your stand from 5 standard colors.

When you arrive at your stand, the carpet is covered with a protective film, which you should remove before setting up your booth.


If you have your own floor covering, you are of course welcome to use it and please give inform us that you dont want carpet in the form below.

N E W S - GIANT POSTER IN THE RESTAURANT

 

Get extra attention with your own giant poster at Myvendo Fair's restaurant.


The poster comes with a stand on the back side and measures 145 cm x 190 cm, printed on reboard. Your poster will be displayed in the restaurant throughout the fair's opening hours, and you are welcome to take the poster home when the fair closes.

Check the box on the form to receive a quote and information about file formats.

YOUR OWN BANNER AT THE ENTRANCE


SAY HELLO TO YOUR CUSTOMERS with a banner at the entrance to Myvendo Fair. There is 7 avaialbel places for 6 banners of 200 * 350cm and one banner of 400 * 350cm. Here you can show beautiful pictures of your products and news.

SPECIAL OFFER ON ADVERTS IN PROMOTION CREATOR


Let the visitors get to know your news in advance.


In February 2024 the large online Fair Edition of Promotion Creator will be published.

The online magazine is sent online to approx. 6000 people working with advertising and promotional products in Denmark and Sweden and Norway.

It is a great opportunity to give the distributors a preview of what you are showing at the fair.

Promotion Creator is the promotional industry online magazine, which is published 12 times a year.

Odense Congress Center has reserved a limited number of hotel rooms with a discount.


You can choose between OCC Hotel Odense at the fair or Hotel Odeon in the city - use the booking code myvendo24 to get your discount.
