FOR A GOOD FAIR WITH MANY LEADS

All visitors at MYVENDO FAIR are customers or possible customers and it is your job to tell visitors about the opportunities you can offer.

See our good advice on how to get in touch with visitors to the fair.


REMEMBER:

"A visitor at the fair may be a customer you haven't met yet"

BEFORE THE FAIR:

 

  • You have a free ad in the "SUPPLIER CATALOGUE" which is handed to all the visitors at the entrance. Make every effort to show what you can do for your customers.
  • Remember to submit material for newsletters. We use your information for marketing the fair towards the visitors.
  • It is important that you send out invitations to your customers, preferably more than once, and use MYVENDO FAIR email signatures in your emails.
  • Book your customer meetings for Thursday. This might increase the number visitors on Thursday.
  • Join the free activities at the fair: TAKE AWAY SAMPLES and SHOW POINTs.
  • Decorate your stand in a way that gives the visitors easy access to your products (and easy exit). The visitor must not feel trapped in your booth.
  • Make a gimmick, contest, or activity at your booth. "Monkey see - Monkey do" - a full booth attracts more visitors.
  • Appeal to the 5 senses:
    Look, Touch, Smell, Taste and Hear.
  • Your booth is a picture of your company - Show the best side of your business and company!
  • Find 5 phrases you can use to connect with visitors, such as: "I help you increasing your sale and profit"
  • REMEMBER BUSINESS CARDS

AT THE FAIR:


  • On both days we open for visitors at 9:00 and close at 17:00.
  • Don't hide behind a computer or a phone. You need to be active at the fair and create interest in your company and your products.
  • You must "attack" the visitors, friendly and interested. Visitors may seem a little reserved at the first meeting, but don't be afraid to take the first step.
  • Remember to ask for business cards from the visitors. Ask for example. “Should we swap business cards?” The business card is your access to future contact with the visitor.
  • Join the NETWORK EVENING - meet colleagues and customers for a great dinner and entertainment.
  • Remember that no one starts dismantling the stand before the fair closes at 17:00 Thursday.

AFTER THE FAIR:


  • Remember to follow up on the customers you have met at the fair.
  • Keep your leads warm and keep them informed about your products and news.
  • After the MYVENDO FAIR you will get the visitor lists, and you can with great advantage send catalogues or other as direct mail to the visitors mailing address.
  • Did you create your profile on MYVENDO.dk? You get an extra web page for free.
