IDEAS FOR A GOOD TIME AT THE FAIR

Actually, it can be a little difficult to visit a fair. You often focus on the well-known suppliers.

But don’t forget that all the new exciting suppliers are attending because they want to meet you.

We will give you some great ideas, which can inspire you to have a good time, meeting new people, and establishing new business relations.

BEFORE THE FAIR:

  • Bring your staff along! Everyone in the company needs to know what is happening in the promotion industry. The fair is a good opportunity to meet the suppliers face to face, as opposed to normal contact by mail and phone. Enjoy yourself and have one or two days of good inspiration.
  • Spend some time on the exhibitor's list at home in the office. There are more than 50 new exhibitors. The exhibitor logo is a link to the exhibitor's profile page, where you will find the exhibitor's information.
  • Make appointments with the exhibitors, but do not fill your calendar. You must have time for all the new exhibitors which you do not know yet.
  • Take your time - the fair is now so big that you should spend 2 days at the fair. Book a hotel room in good time.
  • Set yourself a goal for the fair, e.g. "I want 5 new suppliers who can add something new to my business."
  • Book your free tickets in good time, print out or bring them on your mobile.
  • Book tickets for NETWORK PARTY - be aware of the deadline. Limited number of tickets.
  • Remember business cards.

AT THE FAIR:

  • The fair will open at 9:00 both days.
  • Remember to take a Fair Catalog: THE SUPPLIER CATALOGUE at the entrance.
  • Spend time on the SHOW POINTs - get new inspiration!
  • Give yourself plenty of time. There are more than 130 exhibitors.
  • Also visit the exhibitors you do NOT know.
  • Gather samples together in the TAKE AWAY SAMPLE area.
  • The exhibitors have come to meet YOU. Meet them with an open mind, including those you don't know. You can always excuse yourself with: "I have a meeting in 2 minutes"
  • Don't just walk past a booth! In our industry we need to be able to handle everything and every request. Therefore, it is important to know who you can work with.
  • If you do not want to carry home all the catalogues you have collected, you can leave them to the reception together with your business card. We will send them by GLS to your office - free of charge.
  • Join the NETWORK PARTY - meet your colleagues and suppliers, have a great dinner, enjoy the good entertainment.

AFTER THE FAIR

Remember to follow up on the suppliers you have met. If you have met a supplier who can add new products to your company, do not hesitate to contact the supplier for more information, price lists etc.
